MOBILITY/FLEXIBILITY GROUP CLASS

You will learn a PARADIGM SHIFT from everything the world is doing in context to stretching and mobility and you will learn what actually works as it is found in nature.

This small group class provides techniques you need to become self-sufficient in working on your mobility and flexibility, to remove tension and pain and increase your quality of life. You will receive 1-on-1 attention in this class.

The in-person class has room for 10 people, and you can also take it via Google Meet, the app.

Anyone of any age or condition/fitness level can take the class. Each technique or movement is done at the level that each person can handle and if regression-modifications are needed, you will receive it with 1-on-1 attention.

We start with one step of the neurological reset techniques of RPR, Reflexive Performance Reset. This step activates your diaphragm, removes stress, relaxes tension and improves your quality of life.

You will learn the proper stretches means that you resist yourself. Resistance-Stretching is the natural way to create mobility and flexibility. You will learn that most everything that you find on the internet of “resistance stretching” is actually just a band assisted exercise. Only the techniques from the school, “The Genius of Flexibility” are true Resistance-Stretches.

From time-to-time other techniques will be taught in class such as:
1. Wim Hof breathing (diaphragm must be activated 1st).
2. Further RPR neuro-reset steps.
3. Fascial Maneuvers from The Human Garage.
4. 4-7-8 Breathing
5. Box Breathing
6. SMR Self Myofascial Release, proper and non-painful techniques of Foam Rolling

These methods will remove more tension and discomfort than you can possibly imagine. The results of these techniques will allow you to move more freely and comfortably. And then it’s self-fulfilling. Because you have the ability to move easily and comfortably, you move more. Then you keep doing more mobility and flexibility work, still yet improving your quality of life. How cool is that?
