  Rob is an excellent trainer, coach and partner helping guide and motivate you in your fitness journey!  Rob has the skills, knowledge and support to get you well rounded results.

Rob has the right balance of support and coaching while challenging you to attain more, all with a can do spirit and approach, often leaving you with the desire to achieve more!

In my recent experience, Rob helped my lose 25lbs however this is only part of it as what I really lost was inches and through this a much healthier life style and confidence!  I highly recommend Rob as he is what made it happen, bottom line!  By the way, do to this heartier life style I lowered my A1C significantly reducing medication along with blood pressure and heart medications!  Rob saved my life!  He can changes yours!

  Rob Lamb has helped me greatly since I started the resistance stretching sessions with him.  When I first started, my piriformis muscle was so tight I could only stand for 15 minutes without pain. After only a few sessions with Rob, it was so much better. He also worked on my hip flexor so I could lift my leg easier and without pain.  I have scoliosis and the stretching sessions have strengthened my back so I can be on my feet longer with out pain.  Later on,  I had a compound fracture of my left femur and Rob helped me  recover from that too.  I am very grateful to Rob for helping me regain my strength and mobility.  He cares about all the people he works with and is very knowledgeable about the body and how it works.

  I have been seeing Rob for 8 months now and I want to start by saying I am so glad that I found Rob. He really understands the mechanics of the human body and how everything is connected-physically, emotionally, and spiritually. He really takes a whole body approach to helping figure out each individual persons needs. I can feel and know that he genuinely cares about helping me and that is something I really value. I've learned so much from him and benefit greatly from my sessions with him. I've learned that most of my pain has come from years of compensations my body developed over time and we've been working on fixing them. If you don't know this already, old trauma no matter how big or small and unprocessed emotions can be stored in our muscles, fascia, and organs and sometimes you might feel something come up while working in an area something is stored. It is SO important you feel, process and release them because it can literally BE the cause of your pain or tightness. Just like anything worth while it takes work, it takes practice, it takes consistency and I've experienced a lot of relief from the resistance stretching, RPR, fascial maneuvers, mashing, and advice he gives. He's taught me a lot of things to do myself. I've tried stretching, yoga, and chiropractic, and while all of those are still beneficial, nothing has given me as much relief as Rob has.   Robert, with New Found Strength, has helped my son 15 y/o significantly. From muscle prep and activation techniques, to stretching and stabilization, and closely monitoring his goals for athletic recovery. I've never experienced anyone provide such specific and relatable guidance for sports therapy. Truly blessed to have been connected with such a great coach and mentor!

  Six years ago I became a grandmother for the first time at 63 years of age.  Now my goal is to keep up with our three grandsons (triplets). To do so I made an appointment with Rob at New Found Strength.  A few years ago my husband found relief from his chronic pain by seeing Rob for pain that previously was helped only by acupuncture and steroid shots into the neck area of the spine.

Born in Missouri, I tend to believe in something only after seeing its results for myself.  Over the past six months I have seen and experienced those results.  With Rob's expert guidance I have experienced release of long-term stress and tension; increased mobility; reinstated functioning of my hands; reduction of TMJ; and am learning to stop negative talk and rather see the positive side of things; developing a hopeful "I can" attitude.  Out of the three services I was engaged in at the time, corrective exercise and RPR (learning to engage ones diaphragm in order to breathe more deeply) have been the services I will continue; even bringing me greater benefit than massage and counseling.  Feedback and updates on both issues I am having and successes I am enjoying,  are encouraged at New Found Strength.  I am glad that I went to the expense and effort to find out for myself. He breaks down walking into small sessions strengthening the sequence and muscles necessary to perform the task in a smooth and graceful manner. He introduced me to “Resistance
Stretching” to eliminate muscle and fascia tightness, allowing normal muscle function. He has tremendous patience and anticipates questions and problems. Training with him has covered much more than usual PT. I highly recommend this business as I have progressed so well in mobility.

  I had a total knee replacement in December 2018. After years of therapy and very little improvement, I found New Found Fitness and decided to give it a a try. I’m so glad that I did.   After the first session with Rob and for the past 6 1/2 months I have had greater mobility in shoulder, less pain in rock hard back due to tight muscles.  No more steroid shots to neck or acupuncture needed; no side effects other than temporary soreness.  Ability to sleep for longer periods of time, eliminated apnea.  Clarity and focus returned to my eyesight.  Head no longer pulls to one side.   Learned benefits of better breathing and stretching.  Greatly reduced pain and fatigue after several injuries over the past 45 years.   Rob is knowledgeable,  skilled and very in tune with those who receive his services.  Facial maneuvers even straightened my crooked nose.
